PAYMENTS

FREYANA currently uses PayPal to process payments through our website. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. In accordance with California law, an 8% sales tax will be assessed for sales to customers based in California.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? You may cancel your purchase for a full refund at any time prior to your item shipping. If your item has already shipped, we would be happy to accept a return for a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping). See our Return Policy for details.

SHIPPING POLICY

FREYANA offers free shipping within the continental United States. All items in stock ship from San Diego, California within 3-5 business days, and are fully insured within the continental United States. Items that are not currently in stock can be expected to ship within 3-6 weeks.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We want your new piece of FREYANA jewelry to be your favorite accessory for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to exchange your piece for something you will love, or to receive a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping), no questions asked. Because of the delicate and personal nature of our gemstone jewelry, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 14 days.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY GETS DAMAGED?

Every FREYANA piece is delicate and should be handled with care. While we try our best to ship your items securely, pieces may occasionally become damaged during transit. If this happens to you, please contact us within 14 day of receipt and we will arrange for your item to be repaired, exchanged, or returned at no cost to you.

After 14 days, we will happily exchange or repair jewelry damaged due to a product or manufacturing defect, free of charge. Please note however that such defects are rare, and damage due to regular wear and tear is not subject to this policy.

REPAIRS

At FREYANA, we understand that life happens, but we want you to enjoy wearing your piece for years to come! We would be happy to work with you to repair any damage or replace gemstones that may become lost due to accidental damage or excessive use. Please contact us at info@freyana.com to discuss how we may be able to help you and what charges may apply.

GIFT PURCHASES
